One school cancelled, one school starts late & Laura Amerman is a genius

Woke up early and checked the school closings- high school's closed, grade school's on a 2-hour delay and I'm too tired to ponder the implications for my own busted-to-hell schedule because I stayed up too late watching 24 on dvd last night.  On top of that, I can't breathe through my nose, my throat is all scratchy and my eyes hurt.  But I took a few days off last week with a stomach bug and I really need to do some work at some point.  Oh poor, poor me...

I found this video on barista's site.  I plan on sending the link to my kids and making it clear that anything they may ask of me today is contingent upon how well they've memorized the lyrics.   At least until my throat feels better.
